Silicone Sponge
Silicone Sponge is ideal for gasking and cushioning applications with environmental exposure. It provides excellent thermal stability and resistance to UV, ozone, and solvents. It also has excellent compression set performance, meets FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, and is capable of meeting MIL-R-6310 Type II. Similar to silicone foam, silicone sponge can be used to deliver high temperature resistant and / or food contact gaskets.
Applications include: Outdoor access panels, commercial lighting gasket, electronics pad, pharmeceutical or food handling
