Our Capabilities

Multi-Layer Lamination

Lamination allows you to achieve the best of both worlds when it comes to different materials, often combining their capabilities to give you a custom hybrid material that fits your application’s unique requirements. If two or more materials can be combined, we have the lamination process and the expertise to get it done. Whether you’re looking to add thermally conductive or electrically conductive adhesives to conductive silicone rubber, create a dual-layer adhesive tape, create an insulation shield by adding foil, add pressure sensitive adhesives to a variety of materials (foam, acrylic, rubber, silicone, etc.), or just simply can’t use an off-the-shelf product, we can help you create a custom material that’s ready for slitting, cutting, and fabrication.

— WIDE-WEB LAMINATION

For smooth, wrinkle-free lamination of materials

Wide-web lamination allows for the combining of materials that are wider and longer than standard commercially available materials. Material widths can be up to 60 inches with a high capacity that allows for fast turnaround short run laminated materials.

Web lamination allows for a consistent and straight lamination that minimizes wrinkles. This is because the materials and adhesive are run through heater drums to accelerate adhesion, and nip rollers that apply consistent and constant pressure during the process. After the materials have been combined, they can be trimmed or slit into narrower rolls, or cut to shape depending on the specific requirements of the end product.

— COMPLEX LAMINATION

Using rotary machines to create multi-layered materials

Complex lamination uses multiple winders, spindles, and servo driven lamination stations that thread multiple lines of materials through a machine to create a single web of material. Whether you are combining pressure sensitive adhesives, foams, films, liners, or any other substrate, we have the capability to create a unique material that is versatile and ideal for your application.

Some of our complex lamination capabilities include multi-layer laminations of tapes, films, foils, foams, liners, and other materials, combining adhesives with high temperature woven fabrics, and so much more.
