Material Selection
Choosing the right PSA tape material depends on the surfaces being bonded, their texture, and the environment in which HVAC system will be used. There’s also building code and compliance regulations that must be taken into account. The same can be said about gaskets. The materials you use can drastically change based on the specifics of your HVAC system. In some cases, neoprene foam may be the best option. In other cases, an EPDM gasket may be the best fit.
