Adhesive Tape and Foam Die Cutting

Our fabrication facility is uniquely outfitted to custom die cut parts from a wide variety of adhesive tapes, foams, and other specialty materials. Virtually any thin PSA tape, foam, rubber, gasket or insulation material can be die cut into complex shapes, resulting in a final part that perfectly fits your application. We custom cut parts that meet a full range of requirements, including individual die cut parts, parts kiss cut on pads or rolls, parts with tabbed liners, and so much more.

Adhesive Tape and Foam Slitting

Our slitting, spooling, and sheeting capabilities allow us to create any size roll of adhesive tape and other materials to help increase your production productivity. From standard sizes to custom widths and lengths, we can provide tape level-wound on a spool of several thousand feet. We can also slit or perforate sheets of material to your exact dimensions. Whatever the need, our capabilities help you increase the speed, accuracy, and consistent quality of your assembly process. Tape slitting, spooling, and sheeting also allows you to reduce costs by decreasing waste and material loss and limiting roll change-outs during manufacturing products runs.

Precision Toolless Cutting

Our toolless cutting capabilities give us the ability to fabricate complex custom parts with precision and speed. Whether you need dimensional parts, precision cuts that include holes, slots, or fenestrations, or are looking to eliminate edge concavity, our cutting capabilities are the solution. We can cut most materials to create intricate shapes and cutouts without the tooling costs associated with die cutting, giving you the cost-effective fabrication you need for small production runs, extremely large parts, thick foam parts orders, or rapid prototypes.

Multi-Layer Lamination

Lamination allows you to achieve the best of both worlds when it comes to different materials, often combining their capabilities to give you a custom hybrid material that fits your application’s unique requirements. If two or more materials can be combined, we have the lamination process and the expertise to get it done.

Our quality management system ensures that we deliver the highest quality parts for our customers.
