Discovery
Military manufacturing is known for its rigid standards and regulations. Defense products are also often used in harsh conditions, being subjected to multiple environmental hazards and stress. We work with you to understand the products you work with and the conditions they operate under. We will ensure they remain compliant, durable, and ready for action. It all depends on the materials you are using in your application, and it all begins with asking the right questions. What are you trying to accomplish? What are the operating conditions? Material Selection
Choosing the right materials depends on the surfaces being bonded, their texture, and the environment in which the appliance will be used. Using the wrong PSA tape on a surface will cause the adhesive to be ineffective and the part to detach. We work with all materials common to the aerospace industry, including VHB tape, acrylic tape, transfer tapes, foil tapes, hook and loop fasteners, and many more. We’ll help you select the right material and adhesive coat weight based on the product and its operating conditions.
Custom Fabrication
We custom fabricate all our materials to create the perfect fitting part for your military application, every time.
