3M™ VHB™ Tape Max-110GF
At 1.1 mm (45 mil), 3M™ VHB™ Tape Max-110GF is engineered for high-strength bonding, with acrylic adhesive on both sides of a firm acrylic foam core, protected by a PE film liner. When used with 3M™ VHB™ Tape Max Promoter, the adhesive forms a contact bond on metals, glass, and many paints and plastics, providing immediate handling strength while keeping fastening virtually invisible.
Applications include: Panel-to-frame bonding, stiffener and bracket attachments, rub rails and trim, dissimilar-material bonding, and general static-load applications, used in OEM equipment, box trucks and dry vans, appliances, building components, buses, specialty vehicles, HVAC equipment, general industrial equipment, and auto displays.
