BISCO® 7304 Silicone Sponge
Rogers BISCO® 7304 Silicone Sponge is a medium-density, closed-cell silicone sponge material designed for high-performance gasketing, sealing, and thermal insulation applications. With its balance of softness and mechanical durability, BISCO 7304 provides flame resistance, temperature stability, and environmental resilience. It is ideal for use in aerospace, electronics, and outdoor enclosures where consistent performance and long-term reliability are critical. This material meets BMS 1-23 specifications and is supplied in convenient 36" × 36" sheets.
Applications include: Gap filling, gasketing and sealing, HEV enclosures, LCDs, shock absorbers, sound blocking, spacers and bin liners, and thermal solutions.
