BISCO® HT-800 Silicone Foam
Rogers BISCO® HT-800 Silicone Foam is a medium-density, open-cell silicone foam that blends the softness and flexibility of silicone foam with the durability and sealing performance of sponge rubber. This highly versatile material is engineered to provide long-term performance in a range of environmental sealing, cushioning, and vibration isolation applications. HT-800 is ideal for enclosure gasketing, thermal barriers, and environmental seals in industries requiring flame resistance, weatherability, and thermal stability.
Applications include: Active safety, cold supply chains, gap filling, gasketing and sealing, shock absorption, and vibration management.
- Resists UV, ozone, and extreme temperatures
- Ideal for gasketing, sealing, and protective applications in harsh environments
- Available in thicknesses from 0.031 in to 0.50 in
