BISCO® HT-840
Rogers BISCO® HT-840 Silicone Foam is an extra-firm, open-cell silicone foam engineered for demanding gasketing and sealing applications that require high closure force, rugged durability, and long-term performance. With sealing characteristics similar to sponge rubber, HT-840 provides superior compression strength, flame resistance, and resilience in extreme temperatures and harsh environments. Its robust formulation and cellular structure make it ideal for industrial enclosures, electronics, transportation, and aerospace applications.
Applications include: Cold supply chains, gap filling, gasketing and sealing, shock absorption, and vibration management.
- Provides enhanced durability and sealing performance
- Offers consistent performance in all environments
- Reduces maintenance costs associated with gasket failures due to compression set and softening
