BT100 PMB Blast Impact Tape

BT100 is a durable rubber product with an aggressive acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive that delivers instant adhesion to clean, dry surfaces and requires little to no hot glue along the edges to prevent media intrusion. The tape remains flexible and resists cracking and lifting, conforming easily to irregular and curved surfaces and removing cleanly after blasting. Its white crepe release-coated paper liner can be torn by hand or cut with a knife for a precise fit.

Applications include: Masking surfaces for PMB Blast Tape (dry strip paint removal), shot-peening processes across aerospace, industrial, and automotive applications, and preventing small particles of blast media and foreign debris from infiltrating and damaging sensitive surfaces, components, and control systems
