EMI 1322 Open-Cell Silicone Foam Tape
EMI 1322 open-cell silicone foam tape is a super-soft, liquid-cast silicone foam engineered for applications requiring low closure force, exceptional cushioning, and long-term performance. Comparable to BF-2000, with its lightweight, highly compressible structure, EMI 1322 excels in vibration isolation, gasketing, and protective sealing—even in extreme thermal environments. It meets UL 94 V-0 and HF-1 flame resistance standards and is FDA compliant for repeated food contact, making it ideal for sensitive electronics, enclosures, transportation, and appliance applications.
Applications include: High temperature or indirect food contact applications ranging from transportation, electronics, appliances, to enclosure sealing.
- Ideal for low-closure-force sealing, vibration isolation, and thermal gasketing in food-grade and high-temp environments
- Available from thickness ranging from 0.063 in to 0.5 in
