EMI 1382 Closed Cell Silicone Foam Tape is a firm-density, liquid-cast silicone foam engineered for robust sealing, vibration isolation, and shock absorption in high-performance environments. Designed to withstand extreme temperatures and harsh conditions, EMI 1382 offers superior mechanical strength, minimal water absorption, and long-term aging resistance. Comparable to HT-820, it is UL 94 V-0 flame rated and FDA compliant for repeated food contact, making it ideal for demanding gasketing applications in transportation, electronics, appliances, and industrial enclosures.
Applications include: High temperature or indirect food contact applications ranging from transportation, electronics, appliances, to enclosure sealing.
