Nitto P-212 WHT Glass Cloth Tape
Nitto P-212 WHT is a glass cloth carrier tape with a silicone adhesive, offering a high thermal rating along with superior solvent resistance, tensile strength, and flame retardancy, making it an excellent choice for demanding applications in the aerospace and electrical industries. It provides excellent edge tear resistance and superior conformability on most substrates. It's suited for solvent-resistant and/or flame-retardant applications, with an insulation class rating of 200°C (392°F) under UL and 180°C (356°F) under CSA.
Applications include: High-temperature cable harnesses, connection insulation, coil connections, coil ends, terminal board pads, coil outer wraps, holding coil leads, anchoring terminal boards, hermetic sealing and enclosure of packaged components, motor leads, internal connections, slot cell edge taping, general-purpose insulation and holding for heavy-gauge wires and/or high temperatures
