Open Cell Foam

Open cell foam leverages inflating agents which outgas in the manufacturing process to create interlocking porous openings that form the foam structure. Most commonly produced out of polyurethane and some foam rubbers, open cell foam products are breathable to air, vapor, and liquids. These products can range from highly porous to extremely dense and are available in virtually any thickness required.

Low Density Polyurethane Foam

Low density reticulated polyurethane foam is one of the most cost effective products for sealing, spacing, filtering and sound dampening. Available with a fine pore structure to very porous filter material which can range from 100 pores per square inch to 10 pores per square inch. These products allow the liquid, vapor, or air through while filtering out dust, debris etc.
