Saint-Gobain® Norseal® 200A Silicone Sponge Tape
Saint-Gobain® Norseal® 200A Silicone Sponge Tape is a durable, high-performance pressure-sensitive tape designed for sealing, gasketing, and insulating applications in challenging environments. It features a compressible silicone sponge backing paired with an aggressive acrylic adhesive that provides strong initial tack and long-term adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces. Ideal for high-vibration or uneven surfaces, 200A delivers excellent sealing, noise reduction, and cushioning while maintaining performance across a broad temperature range.
Applications include: Military, drones, GPS, walkie talkies, energy storage devices, environmental gasketing, noise reduction, clamping high temp parts, and electrolysis reduction between dissimilar metals.
- Long term weatherability and service life
- Good temperature resistance
- Excellent compression set resistance
- Electrical resistivity even in high temperature applications
- Available in multiple thicknesses (1/32" to 1/2") and widths
- Ideal for sealing, cushioning, thermal insulation, and vibration damping in industrial, aerospace, and electronics applications
