Saint-Gobain® Norseal® 300AR Silicone Sponge Tape
Saint-Gobain® Norseal® 300AR Silicone Sponge Tape combines the compressibility of silicone sponge with the dimensional stability of fiberglass reinforcement for demanding sealing, gasketing, and thermal insulation tasks. This high-performance tape features an aggressive acrylic adhesive and a reinforced backing that eliminates stretch, resists outward extrusion under pressure, and ensures precise slitting and die-cutting. It is engineered to maintain its shape and performance under mechanical stress and elevated temperatures.
Applications include: Military, drones, GPS, walkie talkies, environmental gasketing, noise reduction, clamping high temp parts, and electrolysis reduction between dissimilar metals.
- Long term weatherability and service life
- Good temperature resistance
- Excellent compression set resistance
- Electrical resistivity even in high temperature applications
- Eliminates stretch for consistent part dimensions and stable sealing
- Ideal for applications requiring high precision gasketing, thermal stability, and resistance to pressure deformation
