Saint-Gobain® Norseal® 520AF Silicone Foam Tape
Saint-Gobain® Norseal® 520AF Silicone Foam Tape is a flame-resistant, closed-cell foam tape designed for high-performance sealing and gasketing in challenging environments. Made with F-20 medium-density silicone foam and a film-supported acrylic adhesive, 520AF offers excellent mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and resistance to UV, ozone, and extreme temperatures. Its robust structure and reliable adhesion make it ideal for sealing enclosures, protecting electronics, and isolating vibration in aerospace, transportation, and industrial systems.
Applications include: Military, drones, GPS, walkie talkies, environmental gasketing, noise reduction, clamping high temp parts, and electrolysis reduction between dissimilar metals.
- Excellent resistance to UV, ozone, and weathering
- Electrical resistivity in extreme temperature applications
- Ideal for medium-force gasketing, sealing, and insulation in high-reliability environments
- Available from thickness ranging from 0.063 in to 0.25 in
