3M™ VHB™ Tape Max-060GF
3M™ VHB™ Tape Max-060GF delivers high-strength, invisible bonding in a slim 0.6 mm (25-mil) profile. Featuring a firm acrylic foam core, acrylic adhesive on both sides, and a PE film liner, this tape is ideal for replacing mechanical fasteners, some forms of welding, and liquid adhesives. When the tape is paired with 3M™ VHB™ Tape Max Promoter, the complete bonding system provides 2 to 3 times the shear and tensile strength of existing 3M™ VHB™ Tapes.
Application Ideas: Panel-to-frame bonding, bracket and stiffener attachments, rub rails and trim, and dissimilar-material bonding for OEM equipment, box trucks, buses, and specialty vehicles.

3M™ VHB™ Tape Max-110GF provides an increased material thickness at 1.1 mm (45 mil), combining a firm acrylic foam core with acrylic adhesive on both sides and a PE film liner. When used with 3M™ VHB™ Tape Max Promoter, it forms an on-contact bond with metals, glass, and many paints and plastics.

At 1.6 mm (62 mil) total thickness, 3M™ VHB™ Tape Max-160GF combines a firm acrylic foam core with acrylic adhesive on both sides, providing added material depth for rigid substrates with normal flatness. This PE film-lined tape, when used with 3M™ VHB™ Tape Max Promoter, adheres on contact to metals, glass, and many paints and plastics, providing 2 to 3 times the shear and tensile strength of standard 3M™ VHB™ Tapes.

At 2.3 mm (90 mil), 3M™ VHB™ Tape Max-230GF is the thickest tape in the Max Series. It features a firm acrylic foam core, a double-sided acrylic adhesive, and a PE film liner. When used with 3M™ VHB™ Tape Max Promoter, it replaces rivets, welds, and mechanical fasteners.
